(WARNING: Rant from a very angry online shopper)

I was supposed to get flat 200 on daily essentials order (paid 1034).
Didn’t get cashback even after last 2 items were dispatched and the cc ret@rds said that I did not pay 1034 BUT paid in 2 different transactions of 500 !
Today I let out all of my anger and frustrations on whoever that lying b*tch was!
This year amazon cc ppl were j@ck@sses 90% of the time!
They f**ked up 2 other orders (got a factory reject unsealed shaver, wasted 40% off upto 200 coupon there. AND they would try to connect that coupon code with the other orders EVEN when they’re placed 4-6 days apart!!!
Cancelled a bag cuz they refused to give 2 (100 rs each) cb even after it showed 200 cb on payment page) got 73 on phillips shaver (paid 1949 and cb showed 200) and completely disregarded all my collected coupons!
Someone told me my problem will be resolved just 2 days back and got more headaches! That too after giving ALL THE DETAILS (with screenshots) of the offers I collected.

The most annoying thing is that I see some dimers repeatedly looting in huge amounts 10k+ in bug loots and they are getting cashbacks multiple times without a hitch! In the same accounts to boot!
Then why is my account (that has no unnecessary returns/refunds or a bug loot transaction) facing problems every damn time a cashback is involved?!

I have a giant folder with just screenshots of offer and TnCs and now I’ve to add pics of transaction details and date and time of emails with order purchase details.

UPDATE – Didn’t know it would get so many comments, I’m trying to read all of them. And thanks to all of you who has given me advice. I really appreciate it ☺
The final action will be taken based on the physical status of the last 2 orders and a final mail to jeff.

And after all this is cleared, I think it’s best to shut down my account as something is clearly wrong between amazon’s cashback system and my account.

As someone mentioned here that the error he faced was purely the automated system’s fault.

For me i m member of Amazon from 2014 and never faced any major issues, but nowadays not getting any offers
All user specific offers and never comes to my acc
Very sad
Even gif 100 cb coupons on 500 it showed me only mobile accessories category and i couldn’t collect other 5-6 coupon category
Thinking to change acc now
