I have a laptop for exchange. The condition is
1. Two keys missing ( backspace and space key)
2. crack on the display bezel (screen all intact) image for reference: https://imgur.com/a/Y...2L
Flipkart for sure will not accept, any experiences with amazon of late if they will accept?

less to none chances, the only option you have while submitting exchange is that “NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE”
@Bhalla_here Thanks, but it is little hard to decipher “less to none chances”
So to keep it clear, if I select “No Physical Damage”, will the delivery person accept the laptop as described in the original post?
I thought amazon is easy on the items for exchange. When I exchanged LCD TV, he is least bothered to check if it is even working.
Depends on person who comes. U can hide the crack with some glue/ marker. But those missing keys are definitely going to be noticed and will be rejected. But still no harm in trying once.
