My order cancelled , cashback locked and after 1-2 weeks got refund to amazon pay as exact amount I paid.
Now that cashback locked that time is still locked only.

I mean are there any transactions between the day CB is locked and today and still anybody got CB again today??

Some are lucky, I am having bad luck….

I have ordered worth 1434 RS that days …and got cashback worth 1600 RS….
Order was returned back to Amazon after coming to final delivery station…
Also 1600 RS cashback locked…
Also I got partial refund only 422 Rs…

I have spent 1434 got only 422 RS back…no order no cashback no refunds…

Contacted 10-12 times to Amazon regrading refund of my remaining money ..
Sent dozens of emails still they are giving me different timelines everytime….

Also asked for compensation for last 1 month harrassment…still nothing is working….
Very bad customer service experience I have ever had with Amazon…

Waiting for 1012 RS refund that is pending….

Almost month gone…
