i have collected 20% offer and freedom sale 50 50 offers and placed order on amazon for which i need to get a cashback of 300, which has to be credited instantly after placing the order as of my experience with my Amazon, but it was not. i have waited for one day and today i contacted cc, they now saying that there was some issue redeeming your coupons, we will re generate the coupons for you by some time then you can redeem them after. so i have to place another order to redeem the coupons which they are saying indirectly. So, this is what happening for customers of Amazon right now. share your thoughts.

Cb, if displayed on checkout page, will be credited once your orders get shipped. Don’t worry.
They had not done last month for me In prime sale where I purchased pantry product twice and it was displayed on checkout page still they denied to give cashback
It displayed only 200 where as i should get 300 as i collected 50, 50 offers
+1 for me it displays only 250.. Another 50 missing

45 given by amazon for send money.. and i dont have idia why.. they are not credited my real offers but giving whoch i dont have idia..
Yes i too got 45 for send money…
problem with Amazon is they never show coupon/offer used in order history like paytm does. so u can’t do anything. paytm is much better

On my next order it again shows 200cb.

Is Cashback amount displayed on final payment page ? If displayed you’ll get cashback after order dispatched.
I also placed an order on day before yesterday for Amazon gift card , today morning my order dispatched , after that i got my cashback.
