Finally my favourite and best customer friendly company on earth to come into food business. Looking forward for this
How best customer friendly.
I don’t agree they are worst.
I have bought a safe with them. Which was defective, godrej denied the service on ground of authenticity. I complain them within return period, they assured me to wait for 48 hours so that they can contact seller after 48 hours when I contacted them they told me to wait another 24hours and after that when I contacted them they told that 10 days return period is over they can’t help.
It’s not a deal, this should be in discussion section. I urge fellow dimers to give -ve rating to this thread
Was about to post this news today. Be readybfor loads of free food
Based on current experience about Amazon, if I get wrong/bad food, Amazon CC be like:
“Firstly I would like to start by apologizing . This was never our intention to do like this. You are a valuable customer to us and I do understand your issue , if I were in your position I too would feel the same and you have every right to be like that. But please do understand that we can’t do anything now. But I can promise you that this will not happen from next time and I am forwarding your valuable feedback to our higher team . They will investigate further into this to know more about why this issue occurred and will take all measures to make sure it does not happen again.”
Flipkart was started hoping for this but amazon had other plans
What happened to Amazon shutting down prime now service?
