I bought smartwatch worth 884 and it got delivered yesterday. This has to recharge for 2hours least before start so I recharged for 3+hours but not getting start. Then recharged for overnight still not on.
So I opened it and found a Idea sim card is already there. Now…Does this mean even Amazon sell used product? This sim card is working?
Whats best can be done in this case?

The sim might be of Criminal Sim, if you swited on that sim, police will track that sim and
tuzhe range haath pakd legi aur koi na koi case m fasa degi. Why you switched on that sim?….

Used products can be returned for a refund only. Refunds applicable only if determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is not different from what was shipped to you.
Put the sim back as it was. Take a picture of watch in same condition so Amazon will not able to deny about selling used product.

U can loot it too..It’s always 884(though not sure you will get Sim card or not). Other sellers selling lower price than this.

I told her: inside of watch I received old working idea sim card in it.
She replied:: Sir, this watch comes with Camera and SIM card.

OK. But I bought new watch, not refurbished or used one. Then it’s allowed for them to sell as new one????
Inside card is of idea and it’s working. No balance in it but when checked last recharge was of 28th Nov.
Yes I ll return it as it’s not even getting on.
