amazon/myntra- waiting for return pickup

amazon started to deliver essential items and other items in green/orange zone. myntra also started the same but they are not picking up return requested order since 23th march. money also stuck now for long time
anyone facing this issue or any solution . how much i should wait ?
my area comes under orange gone.
