Amazon has come up new feature/exchange policy on clothin. Now you can replace cloths incase of size /design issue at no extra cost. Wow. I just raised replacement of my two shirts which I bought a week back at 80% discount even the price now much higher than the previous.

and it is for Apparels and Footwear (unsure whether artificial jewellery orders had/have this facility).



i do not remember if i BCC tagged some people in that post. sorry if forgot to.
but there are were things that still needed ironing out for it to be a seamless process and be implemented in a comprehensive manner.

They (probably) still are in a continual phase to add more SKUs and more PIN codes for this feature (which they sometimes refer to as ‘hand to hand exchange’).

can anybody tell me how to exchange… i have already created a return now want replacement if possible… whenever i press return/replace it takes me to return only

.. still are in a continual phase to add more SKUs and more PIN codes for this feature…
the facility may not be a blanket rollout PAN India to every location that they serve to,
also, it is possible that only select SKU’s are eligible (in the sub category).


having said that, in case you meant that you want an exchange but created a ‘return’ in the system from your end (customer login)
then exchange is anyway not possible unless you stop the return request or if it is not possible on-site then reach out to them ans request freezing the return.
All this is assuming that an exchange is possible in the first place (as per normal policy).


if you meant, that you got a replacement for that sub-order SKU once and now (second rime) want exchange.. it will purely depend on the thing i said up front

no deviation from policy is being entertained at the moment I think, in so far as exchanges are concerned.
if the system shows the Seller, ASIN and your ordered item as having ‘exchange’ button on your order stats then its a go green.

If you (account holder) does not see it, then mostly even the rep, can not see it.

all depends on your location them. wait for that ASIN/seller to be added to the list for your pin-code.

First check whether the item you are returning is in Stock. Then only you can create a replacement

No ATS in my town but service available.Return pick up scheduled through Bluedart and the new replacement order (autocreated) will be shipped once the return item reaches them.
