amazon non kyc users cashback

if i’m non kyc user of amazon then can i get amazon cashback during sale periods ?
2nd is there any issue if we are adding gift cards ?
As per rbi only cash load or transfer is not possible but there must be no restriction on getting cashback or adding gift cards !! if someone has idea about it pls help me
