amazon not crediting cashback.help needed.

I had purchased voltas AC from amazon in April under hdfc 10% cashback on large appliance, max rs2000.last date for cashback credit in hdfc cc was 18th july.i mailed hdfc on 23rd july regarding my cashback not credited.
On 27th i recieved mail from hdfc that thaey have not received my name as a eligible customer for cashback.
Now after continously contacting amazon through chat and mail from last one month they have credited rs1000 in my amazon wallet.from last 10 days iam contacting amazon to credit 2000 as it should be in my case they are disconneting call giving reason that it has been finalised from banking team.

This has happened to me also. They have not credited to me.
Most frustrating part is that They are excepting there mistake but not willing to pay.i was not expecting this with amazon.

Just initiate return request, no need to worry about more then 30 days.
Mention the reason for return that you have not received cashback for the offer.

No idea about Amazon FB since I dont use it but on Twitter, there will be a script reply to contact customer service with a link. Waste of time.
Get a letter from your bank which states that Amazon hasn’t forwarded your name for cashback offer.
If you have received a survey link like this:
Select no and you will be forwarded to escalation department. If you haven’t received it yet, chat with the cc and tell him to forward your request to escalation department, if he disagrees, disconnect the chat. Don’t fill the survey after chat, you will receive an email, there selecting “no” will directly let you contact with the sr cc. Explain your concern and forward your bank proof to an email that agent will tell you to do.

I had read regarding survey in another thread but its strange that after my last two chat session in which i was not satisfied with cc reply, i haven’t recieved any survey mail.in my earlier chat i have received that mail.i will try again.

At 4.00am amazon had credited 1k in my amazon wallet.now i had recieved total 2k.i was struggling from last 45days for this amount.thanks to all for the help.
