Got a refund in wallet yesterday but no extra than the amount.
refund as in what ??
Order → Return Product → Get Refund + extra 10% ?? is it so ?
or
order via gc → and get back 10% of the order ??
So much confusing 
Prepaid order or COD >> Return Product >> Get Refund+10% via Gift card balance instead of NEFT refund or card refund

Only if you see it, you get extra 10% ! 
This is how it worked for me. .. I paid through cod… When they asked me how I wanted the return.. I chose gift card.. And good 10% back
