How did they cheat you? You can just drop them a mail and resolution depends on the sort of “cheating” that has been done. Under support you can click the contact option to chat with them.

no one blocked me, ordered something and then returned for replacement as received a defective one now they are saying they have not yet received it, later when said that tracking shows its reached your fulfillment centre they say we cannot provide replacement for this particular product, when discussed daily, dropped mail they said it’s out of stock now and we will refund you, now no positive response, daily they say it will be done within 24-48 hours.
it’s been more than a month for this issue and around 10 days back they told they will refund and till today not refunded..
order amount is 899..

He didn’t mean you were a cheat but only told that because amazon never helps cheats. Now that you have told your issue you can get a reasonable explanation. They are now more strict in terms of returns because of a whole lot of cheats who defrauded their system. I am not sure if I remember it correctly (I never had to return anything for a refund/replacement even when I have at least 10-20 orders a month) but they used to send replacements even before the pick up was one. But now they only ship the item after they confirm the pickup and on package reaching the fulfillment center.

They just didn’t want to tell you directly so they waited till the item reached their fulfillment center. If you insisted too much on the replacement because it was available at a good price they just can’t do much about it. They refer this to their fulfillment center and forget about it. If the item is not available with the seller you have bought from, their system doesn’t allow them to override it whatsoever and they are as helpless as we are (Even amazon US has the same policy). If you had accepted the refunds and if they still have not refunded it, you must have asked them to transfer the chat/call to a supervisor as it unacceptable. Maybe some banks delay the refunds (not sure about it? what was the payment method and the bank?)
