Amazon order help damaged item (solved)

Hello dimers I yesterday placed a pantry order on Amazon which was supposed to be delivered by today.
But as I called delivery agent he said there was oil in your package and spilled so he returned my complete order.
But the thing is I have received more than 100% cashback for the order
But now I am worried as they might refund for order instead of replacement and I will not receive any mony due to cashback adjustment and I think offers will be also not be received again.
The order status is still out for delivery and not updated yet.
Is anyone has faced similar issue and knows what’s possible result or anything I can or will need to do to get replacement.
Update : delivery guy delivered the product but 1 oil pack was completely damaged and spilled all over but contacted the customer support they placed replacement of the order of the oil.

AFAIK. You are still eligible to avail the offer. Once you receive your refund, place a fresh order. In your case, they might debit the money from your Amazon pay that you have received as a part of cashback.
If that’s the case then it’s good but customer support and many says offers are not received again.
@syed786 contacted delivery guy and asked for delivery he haven’t confirmed yet but said let me talk to someone.

Example if you order 500 product and got 700 cashback (and order cancelled with zero refund) than for next order you will receive 500 cashback for 500 order.
You are still eligible for that offer if it’s un- delivered/cancelled/return anything.. so many times I got this kind of issues.
@Ash tell customer care you want replacement. Not refund. Make it absolutely clear. Demant and an email confirmation also when they take action.
If those items are in stock you’d get replacement. It would take some time though. Let them know replacement is only option that’s acceptable.
It happened last year. Leaking Pack of rasgulla. They refunded after 10 days when it returned to their warehouse.

So now they have placed a replacement order I can see that in my order history I might get it by tomorrow or by Saturday for sure.
My Case Its Completely Opposite.
The Delivery Rings The Bell, Drop The Package And Goes Off Sometimes Its Okay When Someone Is Around And Pick The Order Immediately.
But Once Pantry Order Was Delivered. As Usual He Came And Rang The Bell And Dropped The Package. It Was Just 2-3 Mins After The Bell Rang, I Went To Pick The Package. It Was Damaged From On Side. 10KG Atta Packet Was There Inside And Some Part Of It Got Buffed So It Was Coming Out.
I Immediately Called Him (As He Was Regular For Delivery So I Had His Personal Number ) And He Said " Bhaiya Customer Care Ko Bolo Wo Pura Refund De Denge " And I Was Like Is He A Dimer Or What ? Leaving All That Aside I Contact Support Via Chat And Explained The Issue. She Was Kind Of To Provide Me Replacement For Atta Just After My Initial Damage Request (Very Few Does This )
Actually I don’t live in flats so they can’t leave package outside my house.
Also the pantry orders are packed in plastic cases and opened during delivery and product are given without any extra cardboard packing all item are open. But it’s hard to know how the package was damaged even inside it might be weight of other products or sent like that from warehouse which I think is not true
you should call delivery agent & tell him I want that package / consignment immediately or i will pickup from office & don’t return it , otherwise you loose all offers applied to this order but you will receive refund !
