Does Amazon Pay balance expire?

Money: In the unlikely event of no credit/debit transactions happening in your Amazon Pay balance – Money account for a continuous period of 12 months, funds available there would be forfeited. You shall receive periodic reminders before this happens on your email and mobile. Please check our terms and conditions for more details.

Gifts and Credits: The funds will expire in 12 months from the date of top up. Your Amazon Pay balance statement has a Gifts & Credits Expiry Dates section which displays the list of your gift cards expiring next. You can always track your gift cards expiry form here.

Don’t think this will be helpful at least in long run
After sometime there won’t be any offers on pay balance topup and GC balance will be treated separately just like fk wallet in the past

It will be useful for only one purpose https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_toungueout.gif

I fear they will restrict the use of “Gifts & Credits” like only 10% allowed. The worst example can be mobikwik.

But this section will include amount received via Gift Cards so they can’t put such a restriction.
