Whenever I try to order anything from amazon, and try making payments I see a message which communicates that they are facing errors with so and so bank, so avoid using that………

I tried payment using CITI debit, credit n SBH.. All failed an hr bck…
Not able to place cod ..
happened with me today while trying to top up the wallet balance… money got deducted but transaction showed as failed – used internet banking
