I would like to give exchange my phone on Amazon..

ph is working but back pannel was scrached then I have arranged a duplicate back pannel. but again it is screched.. is that acceptable for exchang with Amazon?

Lol, once a 4 year old lenovo phone was rejected because of a similar reason. It was a Lenovo K note series hence has rubber back, so it scratches easily if you use it for 3-4 years . And that was rejected during an one plus exchange. Asked him if exchange is not possible I will pay the discount that I got for exchange but give me the product, that also he denied.

Your entire shopping experience depends on the delivery guy no matter what policies any company has in place. If he doesn’t think you deserve it, even Jeff bezos can’t help. The good thing is anyone can become a delivery executive. Illiterate, dumb, goons, 8th fail, arrogant and what not. I’m sure loot of people have experienced these categories… smile

My very last order from Amazon was during this dussehra sale.
Went to delivery agent to collect my item, there are some 50-60 items he put on the ground(on a plastic sheet) and he told “find and take yours” rolleyes
But i understand his pain too that he has too that there are so many orders but simply that’s not the way, also i did not feel any wrong and it does not have any impact on my next amazon order.
But if it was flipkart or any other thing I would have surely thought different way.
