Amazon Refund Issue Serious Problem

I bought 69999 worth one plus TV from amazon on 9th, there was a glitch on amazon which was showing 100K CB on purchase of that TV, later on, I found that cashback is only 10k, so I canceled TV, after that I got a msg from amazon that 9671 rs has been refunded to your account whereas I paid 60237, when I calculated the amount I found instead of deducting cashback amount, they deducted the actual amount which I paid and processed the cashback as a refund, Till now I haven’t received any of them, What should I do now? Already made a complaint on Amazon and they said they will issue the refund after getting the product in the warehouse.. On another side, My ICICI bank has converted that amount in EMI, and ICICI said they will close the EMI only after getting a refund from Amazon…
My concern is will ICICI charge anything from me like preclosure or anything?

no i never did this, i chose emi plan while placing order, so i think its automatically.

I already have a word with them , they know that its their mistake and they will sort it out soon… just wanted to highlight this issue here cause many bought this offer but i stuck cause of wrong calculation….

its not about greed, its about offer, and what happened with me was manual mistake , it was not intentionally , amazon is a trusted company and we could take risk of any amount with them , never faced any issues till now except this one ….
Hard to believe you placed order knowing well 100k cashback is an error. And cancelled when they corrected and offer 10k which again is a lot. Heights of arrogance.
Write an email to [email protected] with all details and they will solve.
On a side note, if you continue ordering and cancelling on whims like this time, you are going to land in trouble some day for sure.
OP wanted to have a TV for free plus 31K as a gift from Amazon, but still somehow believes he’s not greedy at all. Hahaha
Such guys should be banned for life for shopping from Amazon. They screw up a whole lot of genuine buyers and the entire shopping fraternity in general.

But they usually ask before converting to EMI …….isnt it???….you must have clicked on a msg or email asking for conversion to EMI……did u?
