Amazon refunded wrong amount

I placed 500 RS order and got 400 RS as cashback but later on amazon locked my 400 RS gift card and cancelled my order too and refunded 100 RS only instead of 500 !!
either they should unlock my gift card now or refund whole amount which I paid for my order !! anybody facing this issue ? what should I do now ?

bro it is happening with many.
It has happened with me also.
I had placed order for 1000 and got 400 as cashback.
They cancelled the order and refunded only 600.
