i sent an email to amazon (cis@amazon dot in) about my genuinely collected coupons (20% CB coupons of 5) and they replied:-

Hello,

I acknowledge your concern regarding the cash back coupons in which you are facing the issue and I must assist you in this regard.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.

I would like to inform you that I have gone through your account and seen that everything is in place which is required to resolve the issue for you.

Upon checking the relevant details I can see that as per the eligibility the customer’s will receive the refund within three working days from the time of placing the order.

Therefor I would request you to please place your preferable order without applying any coupon and so that you will be updated with the full cash back within three working days.

Be stated, we are here to take all responsibilities of our customer’s interest and money as well. We would never do anything that would cause you from bearing any problem.

I assure you that all the extreme measures will be taken, your concern must get addressed and resolved on time. Keep your faith on us, we will never ever let you down.

Amazon never wants our valuable customer to face any inconvenience because it is our customer who makes our Amazon family complete.

Your patience is highly appreciated in this issue.

You will not get.
This is their standard response.

They can only manually credit. If not showing on payment page, it won’t be credited automatically

If you don’t get and contact another customer rep.
He will most probably say “We are sorry that the other rep told you that. We are sorry we can’t provide you cashback and we will also look into why the other rep told you like that . I have looked from my side and can see clearly that you can’t get cashback” lol
