AMAZON showing DELIVERED, but peoduct not received. :(

Hi guys,
I bought a laptop for Rs.10k , yesterday it was showing, attempt to deliver but customer was not available (i was available) and today its showing : "Product delivered directly to gaurav name and signed by gaurav. "
I was shocked to see this status, because i have not received any packet. I called amazon CC and they told me to wait for 1 day more.
But i am loosing my patience, how could it shows that product is delivered and signed by name ?
I have to wait till tomorrow. Has anybody faced such issue ? My dad is always against online shopping., and he is getting angry for my prepaid payment for this laptop.

Its due to wrong updation by their delivery partner. Dont worry, they gonna deliver it to you.
Don’t worry wait till tomorrow..Amazon will see the issue

iball compbook , its just like a tablet in the form of laptop for basic usage. Not for gamers or hwavy photo/video editing.
It happened to me in this month. this usually happens when the courier people are overloaded. I assume the courier is ATS. Even Amazon is aware of this but they silently encourage this practice. But need not worry, they will deliver your product. Also, keep on checking with them about this. They say they will escalate it. some investigation in progress, etc updates, Insist on the delivery of product ASAP. It took me a good 10 days to get my money back and after they initiate the refund, local courier people called me for delivery, which i rejected.
P.S: I ordered a Washing machine

@kool This is basically cheating by the delivery staff to meet/exceed his performance quota. This has happened with two of my orders already. They will deliver the next day.
FYI, this usually happens when the product is assigned to the delivery person very late in the evening.
With that said, since it’s a laptop, I’d encourage you to register a complaint with Amazon. Their customer service page does have an option to initiate a chat/call for this specific situation so remember to select that option.

Already registered complaint. They told me that it will delivered within 2 days. And same happened with my friend who ordered “ONE PLUS 3”, he is also worried now.

Blue Dart is the worst delivery now a days. I am facing problem with 2 of my deliveries right now.

Same Happened With me 2 Days Ago.On the First Day Delivery Boy Said I am Busy Will Deliver Tomorrow.One The Second day it was marked Delivered At Nearly 7:30PM and Was Not Delivered To Me.I called The Number Which I Got in Out For Delivery Messege and Call Was Picked By An Amazon Transportation Service Agent He Said “Delivery Boy has Deposited the Phone To us.He Is Off Duty Now.” I Said “Then Why He Marked the Order As Delivered.I Am A Prime User Is This What Amazon Will Give In Prime Service is this for what i pay 499rs For Bad Service,One Day Delivery Was Promised and you guys took 2 days and still Marked Delivered and Did not deliver it” etc things.Then Got The Product Delivered to home within 30 Minutes.
These are some of the tricks played by courier service to meet their SLA targets.For them meeting target and pocketing money is more important. let integrity, customer service be damned. ATS is notorious for forging delivery status. Everybody including customer service agents to top level honchos at Amazon India is aware of this act but they choose to ignore it. Had this been the case in Amazon US, most of these guys would have been escorted back home with a termination letter. But hey, this is India and anything is acceptable here.

Hey what is wrong with Amazon nowadays everyone is facing lots of issues related to delivery. I also faced similar issue. One time they delivered to some one else got refund for it. And second time they returned the prod. after 1 failed delivery attempt. Don’t forsee there survival if such thing starts happening with new users.
Yes this has happened with me too the delivery boy call you and ask nobody is at your home i said i am on first floor wait on third or come down he holds the phone then disconnect it and after 3 min product massage comes showing delivered and signed by me it is ridiculous and impatiences now i will too wait for a day i have two priducts to be delivered by amazon both showing delivered
