yesterday evening i got a mail and sms from amazon that i have completed a transaction with razorpay and the transaction was successful, i shocked to check my balance in amazon, all money was gone and received a cashback of 1%, i have not made any order and really i dont know about razor pay, i made a complaint to amazon CC and they have assured me to take care of this.
in the transaction section, the seller name is mentioned is Parth Agarwal and nothing has been bought!! just money deduction

Same happened with me a month back. Amazon will refund if your case is genuine
contact razor pay also and explain the issue.

strongly advice all to activate 2 step verification for amazon pay.
One more thing..
Don’t use the same generic password for every website
Use Google Authenticator app also with Two step. This is amazing app.No need to sim network . Google Authenticator app automatically generate 6 digit otp.

Same thing happened with me yesterday night. Immediately raised a complaint with Amazon, hopefully i will get my refund. The name mentioned is also same. i am thinking how can someone access our Amazon pay account and do these type of transaction. Also there is some issue with Razor pay gateway i believe.

Last night I received a phonepe payment request of 999 from instamojo, which is obviously a scam.
Same issue happened with me today 
raised the issue with Amazon CCare and they are working on the refund.
Same parth Agrawal (I think you’ve typed the name incorrectly)@Razorpay was the Seller name and only the Gift card balance was taken.
I’m trying to find out what caused this hack to occur since I’m usually very cautious about security.
What phone do you use ? Do you use a Custom Rom ? Do you use Zomato or have you linked your Amazon Pay Account to any other Apps, if so which Apps ?
Your answers can help me build the pattern as to what caused it..
Same thing happened with me at 3am on 8th feb. The seller name is Safegold. 13 to 14 multiple back to back tranaactions of Rs. 500 and due to auto reload facility, I lost Rs.5750 in total to this fruad. Amazon says they investigated and found to be authorised and closed my complaint. Guys please help me with the way forward.

same thing happened with me few minutes back..someone transacted over safegold through razorpay and used up more than Rs 6,000 from my amazon account. raised complaint to amazon and activated two way factor authentication.. let’s see what happens.. i am really surprised!
Someone tried to order big bazaar gv using my secondary account but it failed as account was blocked by Amazon.

It appears your login & password for Amazon have been compromised. Change them at the earliest also if you have large amount of balance use 2 factor authentication.
