Amex Platinum Travel Credit Card Redemption Query

Hi Guys,

I have a query for those who know or using Amex Plat Travel Credit Card.

I am little confused with travel reward structure.

1. Welcome 5000 MR = Rs 4000 spice jet. (2.5k MR – 2k)
2. 1.9L spends 7500 MR = Rs 6000 spice jet (2.5K MR – 2k)
3. 4L spends 10000 MR = Rs 10000 spice jet. (2.5K MR – 2.5K)

If I accrue points redeem it at the end of the year, how do you give vouchers if I redeem 22500 MR. Ratio is different for different points. If I earn regular points with this, their reward structure is again different than above. So let’s say I get total 4000 Regular reward points on my spends of 4L. How do you give vouchers of 22500MR + 4000 Regular points at end of the year?

FYI : I was talking to their customer care team and they could not resolve aptly.
