Bought an anti acne product from face shop at lightning deal but found its not.
Only has firming and brightening stuff filled with it, also instead of 10, got 9.
Now cc told me they’ll not take it back nor refund and the product is not misleading at all as I didn’t receive it in damage conditions…!??
Their logic… I swear everytime I hear them, I feel like some brain cells get fried.
Will anyone except a anti wrinkle cream if they go out to buy anti acne cream??

amazon india customer care email : [email protected] , elaborate your issue in details with pictures for products , slip and box. They are very prompt in response. Review and Refund managers process such emails: with appropriate subject line.
That’s the common one where sometimes parrot cc appears and not to upper management
