installed bsnl bb at home 2-3 days back …
took 249 plan , facing a terrible issue , till 5gb i was getting 8mbps speed , after completing 5gb it started showing me FUP crossed page (speed reduced to 1 mbps) where it asks me to UPgrade / Decline …
after clicking Upgrade option It says you are valuable customer so for 1 month u will get high speed but speed did not get increased , and when i open any site like google , speedtest , fb etc. it again redirect me to FUP crossed page and asks to Upgrade / decline …
i was like f**ed up !!!
So i got frustrated and clicked on Decline option , … now the condition is iam not getting FUP page where i can Upgrade and also the speed is 1mbps only …
How will i get Happy browsing offer now ???
secondly , ppl say BSNL provides Dynamic IP but mine is static even it shows DHCP enabled YES , i tried restarting router clear cache etc. etc.
is there anyone who can help me ?

Bro many of my friends using 249 plan and they have successfully activated happy browsing offer and getting 8mbps full.month
open http://fuptopup.bsnl....n/ select rs50 plan then it will say happy browsing Cick on it.
I clicked on 50rs then it says -:

You’re very important to us. we want you to continue browsing at Higher Speeds..
However as a special customer,BSNL is retaining your Pre-FUP speed free of cost for this month.

If it showed a successful msg you should be getting the same speed as before.
Try restarting your router again.
I am getting the same promotional offer since last few months.
BSNL still sucks but at least they are trying to get better.

I was using same plan i opt for disconnection bought jio router 500 rs 14 hour back up 448 plan 3 month 2gb per day more dan enough im hapy. In bsl ol time no link issue
After consuming 5gb again speed reset to 1mbps.
Customer care saying that on 1st of month speed resets…
Wth …where is happy browsing.. even after getting msg that pre fup speed has been activated my speed is still old 1mbps
anyone have idea about new BSNL announced plan ? 20GB per day for ₹99 ? When this will active ? I am already using 1199 plan , want to change to lowest plan now.
Op tell me for 249rs plan what ur expecting while applying for didn’t u read terms n condition abt post FUP speed??
That upgrade option u get high speed only till add-on data u choose after that for ur plan post FUP speed is Max 1mbps
To avail static IP address it’s for those whose monthly fixed plan is around 1K, I am having 750rs unlimited plan gives around 4+ Mbps speed [post FUP]…
