They sent me 3k worth inactivated GCs and it’s been a week since I am following up with them and they’ve still not activated them and need more time. They’re not even initiating refund.
Is there a way I can talk to someone there?

Shoora retail seems to be a new JV company and most of the Diwali special gift cards were sold by them and they are giving Amazon gc bad reputation

Took me almost 3 weeks to get it sorted after raising complaints with cc for multiple cards, first time I have ever got inactivated gc’s from Amazon.
Hi All.. The Gift Cards were issued by QwikSilver. Managed by Amazon. Shoora Retail was just the seller. Amazon customer care will resolve all queries and there is no fraud/ abuse here.

any sale contract excuted between a buyer and seller mandates the seller to ensure that the goods are in salable condition and be working exactly as described once the title and property of the goods get transferred to the buyer.
so if the tone of the person at the helm is like ↑this↑then any sensible, cautious person can take it as a heads up to stay away!
