I have always taken Himachal State tourism Volvos. But lately, I am hearing that they are not clean, drive rash, etc.
Any good private bus operator from Manali to Delhi? Should be safe. AC Volvo / Scania buses only.

Bhai himachal state is still better than pvt. Must be one off case but at least you can complain with higher auth. With pvt buses u are dealing with goons literally.

Would Suggest Himalayan Nomad. Completely owned and operated by one of the oldest (probably the oldest) local bus operator in Kullu, they’ve been in the bus business since the 70s.
