Someone gave me cheque and did wrong signature of his on cheque knowingly..he gave this cheque after beggibg him for long time..and immediately he lodged a FIR that his cheque book is lost and moved to other city..and cheque is bounced from bank on sign mismatch ground..and my money is again lost…is there any AcT on which basis i can file a case against him..and how can i prove that it was he who did fake sign on that cheque knowingly

But yeah if its same hand writing then go to your local lawyer – Plz Be aware they always try to Make money from u so u have to act smart
ask what is legal option and total ur lawyer fees including everything
Send notice under section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, with copy of such bounced check, and bill/invoice copy for which against you received the check, then that person have to reply against this notice within 15 days, otherwise you can file case against him. In court case check will be send for the forensic report. And you can produce invoice copy as proof of you debts. It might be time taking process but for sure you will receive your debts including law proceedings changes. And first notice fee will b around 1100/- of a good lawyer.

Signature experts can make out if dat forged sign Is done by dat guy, but proving all dis things nd pushing legally u need more efforts so my suggestion will be try to do settlement wid dat guy…
Edit: If amount is big enuf nd u hev some written or recorded evidence u can send legal notice, but don’t think even dat will be easy, only it will waste time nd money behind fees…
