yes you can invest directly through the fund house, ICICI Mutual uses Razor Pay, dont know if they have wallet option enabled

no option bro , you may confused with icici lomabrd,
icici prudential website only have option of UPI,InternetBanking and UPI.

Due to RBI regulations not able to proceed other payment mode except NetBanking and UPI.
