HP Z800 model is very old when 4k was not even available so it is pointless to buy 4k monitor to use with this workstation.
For colour accuracy,IPS panels are the best. You are saying that image & text got pixilated,which source material was used to check this(1080p material should be used on 1080p monitor for best results).
