Any suggestions for a good mattress for back pain?

did yoga from youtube, got memorable muscle pain (maybe i did not get correct posture). went to a newly opened yoga studio, turned out to be frauds… lot of drama happened, I’ll skip that.
went to the gym, the gym trainer is polite and helpful but too strong for me… felt like she was trying to rip apart my arms.
So back to light exercise and breathing yoga techniques, I gave up on doing hardcore stuff.
Now back to mattresses, I bought a hard, so-called medicated mattress but it caused more pain. Shopkeeper refused to return it.
Now I’m seeing praise for wakefit but its only available on online. I can’t test it out so I need genuine feedback from dimers.
I would like to get a new one during the sale period and finish my coupons too
Regular walking – sloww but certainly to improve ..

I am also in the same search, my back is aching due to the foam mattresses. I prefer cotton mattresses which are mostly unbranded and local. You can try getting a single bed cotton mattress from the neighborhood on basis of weight. And they are kind enough to take it back as well
Use white cotton mattresses.
Any hard mattress would do,.but to get more benefit and if comfortable, do yoga or planks for strenthening the back
