Is there any way through which I may access Airport lounge without physical card. I currently don’t have any physical card with me.

Yes they verify names, there is priority pass app by which you can check in, if you intend to use your priority pass
For master visa there is no otherway, physical card required
It depended on card type . Some card variant allow lounge access on add-on card . But I think there should not be problem in your case . On card it’s her name and also on boarding pass . They should allow her . But Bank may charge you full amount of lounge access . No experience in this . Let other comment
I have swiped 4 of my cards at the same time at Delhi and Mumbai airport. Had no trouble. I don’t think they care to check the name as long as they are able to swipe differnet cards.
I too have done this, however when the lounge is full, they come up with weird excuses like their master or visa machine is not working, guests need to have cards on their name, priority pass machine is working perfectly, can we try using that if you have one and on similar lines
Access using priority pass in india is always chargeable, I think, others please clarify
