Is there any body using dishwasher here (not the human kind https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif )?
How effective is it?

Indian cooking requires Kadai, Handi etc which are not suitable for dishwasher.

This is the common perception. I’d like to know from real experience.

One thing I read that aluminium utensils are not suitable for DW. But we use aluminium kadhsis. Can we wash that? @dharmanath481

guess what
never used one but I am sure these dish washers are expensive , the utensils that can be washed in them are limited and expensive as well , add to it maintenance costs over the long time

In India unlike the developed nations maids are still not expensive and you are better off with hiring a maid instead of buying a dish washer
