Actually I had transferred 500rs from corp E-Purse to bank.money deducted .but not credited but after 1 day I got a reply fron m SMS about imps fail and amount is reversed I have not received the amount in E-Purse .sent multiple emails no reply .anyone can help me with proper customer care details
