Hey thanks for the reply. LoL at Murthy but their products are actually not overpriced and they give good discounts on their products. so far i have availed 450 off on 850… 750 off on 2000 and 500 off on 1000 all were really good deals for me anyways

Every sites have complaints…so pepperfry too. But according to me Its great site. I received all product I ordered. All original with VAT paid bill. After applying discount coupon no site can beat their price. I am very satisfied customer of pepperfry.

They r Bad in terms of Returns/reverse pick up and buying precious items like gold/jewellery for buyback but didn’t create problems for me in any other terms

its been 20 days my refund not processed nor they have confirmed my returned product have reached them.. They had sent me a broken sandwich maker.. I’m dead angry.. Wont buy anything from them again..

MY SHORT REVIEW ABOUT PEPPERFRY:

PROS:
With regards to Pepperfry…they have good products, original and good pricing…..but it can be purchased only with the coupons….in other days it looks little costly….they send their products reasonably quicker…..

CONS:
The worst part of pepperfry is their Dispatch department….its the usual habit for them to send wrong products/colour/size most of the time……

MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH PEPPERFRY (Only shopped twice):
i had purchased twice with pepperfry, in both these times i had issues with them, first time they sent me wrong size product(instead of M, they sent me L…its a fitness belt) and second time (instead of sending a pack of 3 fitness bands, they just sent me 1 )…..in both these cases i’ve contacted their CC immediately and complained about this issue and within next 24 hours i got a quick reply and apology……

SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM:

To my surprise…Pepperfry Executive have given me a solution for the problem…..which nearly shocked me for a moment….:shock:

1.) when they have provided me wrong sized product……they gave me the refund quickly and also told me to have the product….::shock: ..its about Rs.1200 in worth….i’m extremely shocked with their policy…

2.) when they have sent me pack of 1 fitness band, they sent me pack of 3 fitness band soon….and even in this time, they have asked me to have the pack of 1 fitness band(MRP.Rs.350) … …so i’m shocked again

So from all these i could say, pepperfry is not bad at all and haven’t cheated me…but they have the worst dispatch section …i mean the worst in the world….so be ready to accept wrong products, wrong size, wrong colour etc…., but don’t worry …contact their CC, they will respond well…..but by this way pepperfry is gonna loose its name and profit….

I hope this short review could have helped some dimers….Pepperfry is not bad at all….but beware before ordering expensive products from them, you may get a 5 GM Bronze ring instead of 5 GM gold ring…. LOL…Enjoy…

Pepperfry are top notch in my books. Rate them 5/5. Their return policy is a bit crooked but i never had to return anything.

rates are good if u use any coupon approx. 35 % discount or more !!

I have worst and BEST both experience with them.

Yesterday got a parcel from pfry.

Purchased about 9-10 times on pepperfry. Shipping took about 10 days for each product but no problems so far with any of the product! Thumbs up from my side to Pepperfry

ya that is ok,
but not to be fooled by the coupons they are throwing,
they are already sourcing the products with huge margin,
so buy only what u want to use or gift
(but its different matter i cant follow tht)

Now a dys their coupons are not working.
Any one had similar exp?

Once I bought a wall clock from them., I bought with my pepperfry points at almost 70% discount to their mentioned price but after receiving the product I felt it’s not worth the amount I paid after discount

Pepperfry sucks.
They never ship on time.

shipping in 7 days always leads to item being shipped on the 7th day itself or being cancelled altogether.
happened to me 2 times.. will get a refund initiated soon..

Nothing bad with the product. Their return policy sucks. The way they treat you if you return a product is something everyone are annoyed. I have had a worst experience with them.
