Anyone knows the detailed process of filing 25QC if my rent paid is above 50k?

Hello.

I live in a residential property whose rent paid is 52k per month. I pay this monthly to landlord.

Now there is a notice that for rent paid above 50k, payer needs to deposit 5% with government.

How to do this? Do i need to pay 5% less to my landlord every month or just 5% less in last month of FY? Also 5% of what? What steps exactly do I have to do?

This is very confusing.
