any idea about the loan provider or any idea about the loan itself is it a good offer ?

saying 14% on cibil website
and when I tried to apply via their app its showing as 28.8% reducing rate
deleted the app

worst app, first they will take all your details and at last stage they will show interest rate 31 %, busy plz do not install it, they will take all your details even net banking I’d and password and reject your application at last stage, there are some good reviews that is fake given by team and their friends itself.
