Hello madam,
I appreciate the concerns shown by you.
However, I would like to know the following :-
1. When the shipment was collected by the customers on 28-9 and no information given to the customer till 3-10 regarding excess weight or short collection. Whether your company know about system generated SMS and email system exists in the world or what planet you are ?
2. When the ABW no x handed over to the customer on 28-9 , what is procedure to update the same in the system same day ? Moreover, it should be linked with AWB No y. Whether your company decided to make silly mistakes , as something unique and being silly is your USP ?
3. UNLESS being silly despite taking full money, is your company’s vision. Your company has to stipulate some compliance and quality guidelines. Please let me know the country which you follow. As of now I have complained to UK, USA, UAE, Jordan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Belgium and Indonesia offices. I Dont want to raise the complaint in remaining 100s countries.
4. Who was responsible for the delay and what action company has taken against him/her ? I propose to file a consumer court court case with damages of INR 50000. I presume the same to be deducted from the salary of the concerned staff, if he/she is still NOT fired from the job by your esteemed, dignified and horrified company.
I quote the incident by originating email DT. 6-10
> >> > >
The shipment is handed over to your staff on 28th sep., from Mumbai to Indonesia
> >> > >
The reason for the complaint-
It is yet not scanned in the system, hence it must be still in Mumbai.
So, when the shipper will receive the product ?
The consignee needs the product today.
Which is replied as follows on 6-10
Automatic reply: Booked on 28-9-16, Shipment no xyz
Dear Valued Customer,

It beats me why you would choose a crap courier service like Aramex for an international package. I can only empathize with your heartache, but I do not have any escalation-level contacts at that courier service.
FedEx is actually good in international shipments. DHL is said to best. And I thought Aramex is a good company.

Its always comparative and cost dependent
(To be borne by the consignee ultimately)
Secondly, DHL is charging 2500 per kg , which is double of Aramex cost.
Moreover, the purpose of posting here is creating awareness only. Also forwarded the link of this thread to the BLIND MAN in aramex.
(MDH type ).

FedEx is the best worldwide. And I say that having used DHL as well as UPS.
My experience with Aramex has only been with domestic shipments from eCommerce companies. And I rate them next to Gati for their quality of service. For domestic shipments, I have found DTDC and BlueDart to be more reliable than others.

True that. I saw a video of Taylor Swift. In which she was packing gifts for her fans and used FedEx services to send them.
For domestic shipments, I have found DTDC and BlueDart to be more reliable than others.
+1. DTDC is best and has low price compare to bluedart or Maruti Courier
I love Ekart logistics. They have hot looking delivery guys.

DHL handles customs better than fedex they say? How is UPS in handling customs.
