The Number corresponds to subscriber’s VC number. If DTH comes to know you are recording and uploading in public sites, they will catch you directly for violating it.

This is different issue due to lack of authentication in their smart card. But if you record using your camera and host it elsewhere in public domain, then only you land in trouble due to those VC number being displayed randomly.
