Asking for exchange item 2 weeks after product delivery

Hi All,
I had bought Lenovo P2 from Flipkart under exchange. But during the delivery they didn’t take the old phone saying phone came without exchange. Infact I had paid only the less amount as it was a prepaid order. Bill enclosed also shows the price after exchange.
Now after two weeks they are calling me and telling to give the old phone. I am getting SMS also from Ekart saying the executive is out to pickup the phone. I don’t have that phone anymore with me and I said the same to executive. Now someone from their office called and are saying either I will have to give the old phone or pay the exchange discount amount. What you guys suggest? Should I make the payment or just deny it.

I agree I should pay. But wasn’t it a mistake from their end to get the phone picked up at the time of delivery itself?
I have given that phone to my friend now at my hometown. No way I can get it back.
the only option left is to pay the renaming balance.
BTW how much is the amount to be paid?
ha bhai ya to pending amount dedo ya fir phn . (but phn tumare pass hoga ni kyunki tumne wo olx kr diya ) 
so pay them remaining , dont mess with thm (just an advice)
@ditomathew91 Tell them to take your new mobile back and refund your money. You had a chance to test the mobile for about two weeks.

Don’t pay thm money, say that its your fault. They will call you 2-3 times after that they will.leave you.
But if you have that phone then give them anyhow becoz if you order again from that account the they will do some big ghotala in your order. So, delete any stored card details & leave that lipkart account.
Final Tip – If myntra found fault of Courier boy then courier boy will loose job so please for humanity reimburse them
Yes but it wasn’t the fault of courier boy I understand. It was some technical issue due to which reverse pickups were not happening at my location for a while. The exchange facility was stopped to my pincode soon after I ordered. Now it seems to have resumed and they are checking the pending one’s.
The person who called me also said the same it was due to technical issue they weren’t knowing the old item had to be picked up.

Agr olx p phone bch diya to Fk se Jyda dam hi mila hoga sure…. Aur Amazon,fk,snapdeal walo ki baat hmesha maan ni chahiye

Don’t mess with them, either give them old phone or money.
