Girls and guys

Has anyone tried astragalus root/suppliment ? It is also called prakaar ki sabzi in hindi. If you have tried it, how beneficial is it to take? I have a weak immunity and thinking of starting to take this. Also which brand for this supplement do you prefer?

Take a supplement only if you are deficient of the nutrient.

Then take a decent multivitamin, not such niché supplements. Also, there is no better way to improve your immunity than working out daily for at least 20-30 minutes. By work out, I mean any cardiovascular exercise, be it Yoga, jogging, skipping, or running-in-place.

Oh is working out really the best way to improve adult immunity? I did not know that. I thought immunity once adulthood is reached is very difficult.

Yes, it’s a well known fact. Read the following abstract and look up more scientific research papers on the subject: http://ajl.sagepub.com/content/5/4/338...rt

Or, you can simply trust me and try this for a month. Then you can experience the difference yourself. https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_wink.gif
