Axis ASAP VDC mobile number not found

I opened Axis ASAP account day before yesterday and got a virtual debit card with it. When I am trying to transact with the debit card online. It is showing that we didn’t find a mobile number with this debit card. What to do now? I am not able to use UPI also.

As I told in earlier threads axis asap account is a big scam. I have faced this problem and the resolution is to visit the branch, close the account and then a dd would be send to your address. Basically, the axis asap account which you created is in blocked state, since you already hold another digital account using your aadhar. As per government rules, you can hold only one account using your aadhar. Axis should ideally not even open the account and accept funds, but being one of the worst bank of india, they designed their system this way
Is this also applicable for Payments banks? If I have a PayTm PB Account, I can’t open one in, say, Idea PB ?
