recently i upgraded my card from rupay to regalia first. now when i try to register first time with netsafe saying already enrolled. I came to know that my previous netsafe details transferred to new card. so after logging, when i checked option in registered additional cards this card was already enrolled by default. now when i went to home page this new cc was not displaying there. any expert plz me

Not free. I got option in netbanking

Rest assured any major pvt bank netbanking system is much better & safer than any public sector bank(except for SBI credit card may be & that’s only because it is a pvt entity unlike sbi bank). See below example where BoB system couldn’t flag the card even when transactions were done at nearly every 5 seconds.

@rogerthat bhai I almost forgot about above case,what happened actually.Is BoB not deploying even half decent AI fraud management tech in their IT services? If a similar case happened at ICICI/HDFC/Axis/Kotak/City etc then the transactions would not have happened as even a half decent AI would flag transactions being done every 5 sec as suspicious & would have resulted in a call from cc to confirm.
i net banking of bob is blocked from 1 year still can’t use it.

One Agent works for many banks.
lol looks like a scammer. Most probably stole the id of this employee or took pictures when she was not looking.

Check that it is a verified business account on WA: https://faq.whatsapp.com/general/26...52 If not then even if genuine,it is still not worth the risk because in online ID submission there is always a chance of data leak(even if company itself is genuine) unless the company strictly follows standard IT guidelines(rare for small/medium size Indian businesses & even many large size businesses).

I had tried Netsafe about a year ago and it wasn’t working. Tried today after enabling intl. usage and keep getting “banking system” error.
All the time it is showing " The Bank system is down at this time.Please try after some time. And never comes that time😃
Enable your international option from net-banking, and check back to netsafe. if still not work, please reply here.
