Be careful if you are planning to buy high value mobile, of brands like Gionee. Better to buy older version of wellknown brands instead of buying such useless brands
still if you are tempted with features, better check their service centers, warranty norms…………….check their reviews also
My colleague just purchased a GIONEE mobile, hardly before a month. Now, daily he is following their customer support and gets funny reply. They dont even care about their own brand
No option available for escalation..
While he was discussing with sales people about mobile complaint, during an hours time 3 more customers visited their place complaining about GIONEE phones
its hardly a month and handset screen gone. and the response he got from customer support is really making fun of their own brand.
Can anyone here help with a contact, from whom he can get some professional reply, apart from their CS team??
Have anyone faced such problem with Gionee brand before? If yes, how you got that solved, please help
