hi all the readers firstly I would apologize for my grammatical errors if any because I am using the speech to text software for typing this as I have no strength left in my hands and my lower body is completely paralytic after an accident a few years ago every handicapped has lot of requirements for his daily activities cotton rolls diapers are extremely common because post such accidents the sensation of urination and stool motion is lost and the person does not know when it passes you can also imagine to get out from the wheelchair onto the bed or from the bed to the wheelchair also cannot happen without the support of a person all this cannot be done by anybody so we need a lot of money and because a person is handicapped he is not able to earn money and ultimately lands up becoming extremely poor there are a lot of requirements which I request currently if you people know of good places to get diapers cotton a foldable wheelchair cushions mattress anything which can be of help for a handicapped I would request you people to post in this thread ok as I am a new member I would like to introduce myself I am a paraplegic I met with a bike accident when I was 24 years old and I broke my spine into two pieces post which my lower body is completely damaged as in it is paralyzed I have been staying like this for almost 10 years now the best game that I play is pausing breath I know it sounds weird but it’s a game by which you cause your breath for some time and then release it which will happen automatically and then you time it and after a couple of times and a couple of days you will realise that you are becoming more and more better I have been doing this for so many years and I can easily challenge any of the dimer that you will lose this game from me because I have a great control but you know what my dear God I wish I lose this game someday to you add come to Heaven because hell you already issued me during my life
anyway so let’s see for fun how many seconds breath would you stop you can write down in this forum

@paraplegic sorry to read that. You are special, not handicapped. You are differently abled, not disabled. I hope things get better for you. Please don’t give up.
this condition cannot be treated its been 10 years now and i have even forgotten how it use to feel like walking now this is normal for me but i get bored sleeping all day all night as now i am getting weaker and complexities r getting tough with bedsores and all that,actually there is no purpose of this kind of life i m a burden on my mom and she also became old now.. i worry about her but can’t do anything what a son can do..

I do this everyday for so many years now and in a day also so many times it’s impossible for a new you too even imagine if I tell the number of minutes yes number of minutes and not number of seconds

Do u mind sharing more info about yourself? Where are u from? Your educational background and how did accident happen if you are okay sharing details. May be others will find it useful to learn something from your experiences.
A senior fellow/ family friend of us was bed ridden/ full body paralyzed, below face for probably 30+ years because of spinal injury (occupational hazard) so i can probably understand fraction of your difficulties.
And welcome to forum, reading things online can be nice way to stay occupied which is also important.
