I want to know which banks credit card is best for all types of shopping offline /online and for other purpose also. Please suggest the best card for maximum benefit.

HDFC moneyback card 1.6% cashback for online transaction – no annual fees
For fuel
Icici hpcl amex card : 21 rs cashback per 500 fuel pay – 199 annual charges

go for hdfc, atleast you get an option to fix limits from overall limit you get. Helps to reduce chances of high value frauds. No other CC is offering such option as of now
Secondly, their offers are also interesting.
No such card exisits
Banks don’t compromise by providing all in one cards, you have to. I wish some bank offers card with 5% cashback on grocery and fuel, 10% cashback on bill pay, acclerated rewards on dining, wallets etc by charging appropriate annual fees, but not possible.
