Basis my experience you can go for ambrane 13000 mah which provides 3 4 recharge for my Moto g3 and it’s a best Indian brand for power bank, MI 20000 mah is also a good option but do not buy it through Flipkart or Amazon directly buy it from mi site.
Intex and romoss are some more option to have but ambrane and mi would fulfil your requirements.

@jackpison, I agreed with @engineerdeepaksoni352. These are the best power banks in the market:
1.Mi 20000mAh Power Bank, white color for Rs. 2,199: https://www.flipkart.com/mi-20000-mah-power-ban...
2. Ambrane P-1310 13000 mAh, black & gold color for Rs. 831.65 (including Rs. 25 shipping and coupon code PB15 for 15% cashback): https://paytm.com/shop/p/ambrane-p-1310-13000-m...
3. Romoss Solo 6 PH80 16000 mAH, white color for Rs. 1,003 (including 15% cashback on using coupon code *PB15*+ Rs. 25 shipping charge): https://paytmmall.com/romoss-solo-6-16000-mah-p...
I arranged them in the order of which you should consider first.
-Mi is well known for their power bank and is a best seller with a good built.
-Ambrane has various series to consider buying. They have a good quality and are comparatively light weighted and better priced. I feel you should finalize on this.
-Romoss has been in the power bank sector for long and make good, durable power banks, though they are on the heavier side.
OnePlus power bank is a good option, but it is 10,000mAh, which is lower that what you require.

If you are looking for fast charging power bank then go to small size power bank because larger size power banks do not charge fast. they have more battery capacity so you can charge your phone more times but not fast. Check out these fast charging portable chargers for your smartphone. https://www.megebyte.com/best-portable-battery-...

But as far as I know, power banks are not allowed in flights. Indigo asks me specifically about it every time. So how do you guys manage to carry it along with yourself?

Moments before a China Southern Airlines flight took off, passengers noticed a fire in a carry-on bag placed in an overhead bin.

The incident took place on Sunday when flight 3539 from Guangzhou to Shanghai witnessed flames coming out from a power bank kept in one of the bags in the plane.

According to reports in Channel News Asia, a flight crew member tossed water from a bottle to douse the fire instead using a fire extinguisher. The entire incident was captured on a video which was posted to China Aviation Review’s Twitter account.

Post the incident, China Southern was not available for any comment. However, the incident is under investigation and the passenger who owned the power bank placed in the bag is helping police to probe the matter. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

With the increase in numbers of such incidents aboard planes, US airlines have banned so-called ‘smart’ luggage which has USB ports for charging devices.
