Beware of nafa! Selling used gvs

I recently purchased a few gv’s from nafa.
Most of them were fine as I used them on the very next day of delievery.
But I had few gv’s which I had bought 10-15 days back, they are showing used now which includes 400 Rs. myntra gv and 200 Rs. flipkart gv.
So plz avoid nafa or if u buy, use them asap.
ps: I dont remeber the email from which i have purchased the gv and sent them to my email.
Can any one can help in the issue?

Can you Raise a chargeback with your bank
its not nafa but crooked sellers who add it to wallet after sold
nafa doesn’t have good system to tackle this
Yes it’s crooked sellers .first rule of nafa, you have to used received giftcard instantly.
buy gv with instant delivery only
gv brought with instant delivery is also having the same problem.. About 8000 worth of voucher has been lost because of this Nafa

Even i got one used flipkart voucher
They have reverted on mail. But still not resolved
