Hi Please help me I have about 5000 lying in one of big basket account which they deactivated, I have requested them and promised them that I will apply anything wrong in future. How can I get it reactivated or ask them to refund my money. Please help me.

i m really worried to see that my big basket account is inactive i m really sorry if i did any mistake because i can’t understand that why my account is inactive i have 7000 rs in wallet money because i am pregnant and my husband goes outside Every month that’s why i used to buy needy item from big basket .
but due to deactivation i m not buy anything .
i m totally helpless
