Trying to loot the amazon bb fk..
But sites looting us.
My bigbasket orders cancelled in the afternoon and they are just saying only a simple sorry without giving any compensation,,
They do the same.. No compensation, nothing.. just cancellation.. even no proper reason.. unavailablility, technical issue and so on.
Bigbasket never gives compensation, and this was unrealistic as per their history, so cant help 
i had got twice for small amount
They had WYSWYG policy so I got different flavour biscuits of product and they shipped new one what I had ordered and did not ask for old one back
also delivery was late by 30 mins from the schedule time so they gave 10% as wallet cashback.
not using bigbasket now so dont know how is the service now.
