Bigbasket account suspended

Guys i made 2 bigbasket accounts during payzapp add to wallet offer, now bigbasket suspended both accounts, so is there any way to recover at least 1 of them ?
Also for refunding wallet amount, they are asking bank statement and passbook from hdfc bank account , i told them payzapp dont give you passbook etc but they keep giving me same reply
What to do now ?

bro dont worry just send then snap short of payzap transactions (specially BB one) . that will be sufficient. if they ask more details give them.
Finally u can say that I will raise a dispute if they don’t return ur money. Hope this helps.

they will ask you to provide id proof just bang your head in emails. Last retort is id proof.
